2.Accounting & Finance

  • We have 16 qualified accountants including the Managing Director, a former Consulting Director in Ernst & Young.
  • All rent and service charge fee notes and (if applicable) correct electricity and water bills are issued valuing to over Ksh. 2b annually on or before the due date. Comprehensive, Accurate and Timely financial reports and effective financial management is what we deliver.
  • We manage over Ksh. 400m client’s funds with diverse yet at above market rates to ensure best returns on the investments.
  • We are using a Property Management software, MRI Property Manager (previously known as MDA), since January 2017. In addition to the financial and facilities management reports, it also allows the Owners/Tenants to have personalized real time access to their records online with customer service resolution (CRM) module. This will be in addition to the monthly and quarterly reports that will be sent by our accounts and facilities management team.
  • We also have a dedicated Credit Controller, who follows up on the outstanding dues regularly and take action as per the debt collection policy agreed by the Management.
